If the March 8th general election is preceived to be the best election ever as claimed by Rashid, then we all know how low the benchmarking quality of the Election Commission (EC) helmed by Rashid. Looking at the things done by Election Commission under Rashid, there is no doubt what so ever that this man has very low passing grade… if Election Commission is ever subjected to any kind of examination or evaluation by Rashid.
