SAPP dropped bombshells on Pak Lah and BN
Malaysiakini latest report is indeed earth shattering for Pak Lah and BN:
Sabah Progressive Party (Sapp) today announced that it would move a no-confidence motion against Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi when Parliament resumes on Monday.
It is the first time in the history of the nation that a vote of no-confidence is to be moved against a prime minister.

The bombshells have been dropped by SAPP after a couple of days of intense speculation that a political party would leave the BN coalition. OK… SAPP didn’t announce it is leaving the BN-coalition, but a move of no-confidence motion against Pak Lah is just as devastative if not more damaging than leaving the BN-coalition.
Interestingly, Nazri Aziz reponded that it is not possible to move a no-confidence motion without 14 days written notice. But there is another option…
Alternatively, Nazri said the vote of no confidence could be tabled through an emergency motion under Standing Orders rule 18(1).
He said this however had to fulfil three criteria — it has to be a definite matter, urgent and of public interest.
In such a case, he said, it required only a day’s notice

But then, you know how many hundred times the Speaker had rejected emergency motions moved by opposition parties giving reasons that the matters were not urgent. Let see if this time the Speaker would use the same excuse on Monday.
In the meantime, I wonder if Pak Lah is still fast ‘asleep’ amidst the bombshells…. anyone?

well about time somebody do something to clear the political uncertainties in BN. We do not want anymore rumours and denials, get done and over with, back to the right path and manage the country efficiently
