PIKOM PC Fair 2006, Kuala Lumpur’s talk of the town.
Starting this weekend, everyone (well almost) in Kuala Lumpur would be talking about PIKOM PC Fair 2006, which kicked off 1st Dec 2006 at 5 different locations simultaneously through out Malaysia. In Kuala Lumpur, the much awaited event by PC enthusiasts was held at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre which is just next to the grand Petronas Twin Tower at the Kuala Lumpur City Centre.
I visited the exhibition on Saturday with my children and managed to pickup a couple of USB drives and a Nikon Coolpix S8 digital camera, both at great bargain prices.
The PIKOM PC Fair used to be held once a year only in Kuala Lumpur however due to ever increasing popularity of the event, it is now held a few times a year through out Malaysia.
If you are foreigners happened to be in Kuala Lumpur next time, watch out if there is a PC Fair going on because you should not miss the bargains offered by hundreds of high tech outlets.
PIKOM PC Fair, which is synonymous with latest technology and great prices, is definitely one of the talks of the town wherever it is held. PIKOM is the Association of the Computer and Multimedia Industryof Malaysia.
