Mamoth rally organized by Geramm brought forward to 5th July
The People’s Anti-Oil Manipulation Movement (Geramm) - a coalition of NGOs and Pakatan Rakyat youth groups had changed the date for anti-fuel price hike rally from 12th July to 5th July citing tactical reasons. It has targeted 1 million protesters which if successful will be much bigger than 100,000 protesters at the recent pre-election Bersih rally.
Going by the hardship faced by people from all walks of life, the 41% percent hike on fuel price will potentially invite millions of ordinary Malaysians to the street. When will Pak Lah’s government listen to their employer…. the people?

Hi,
I am proposing that we boycott filling up petrol 2 times every week, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
This way there will be a chain reaction:-
1. No demand therefore no supply.
Then the refineries will have storage problem.
2. Instead of pouring pertrol for 50-60 ringgit, we fill up for 20 ringgit only
3. Use public transport
