Malaysian bloggers sued… the first in history.

Jeff Ooi is an outspoken Malaysian blogger. And so is Ahirudin Attan a.k.a Rocky. Their blog articles seem always to revolve around Malaysian politics. Being politic there are always something fishy to talk about. Someone couldn’t stomach what were written in Jeff’s and Rocky’s blogs, so they take it to the court, despite the fact that one of the suing party is actually a national newspaper. A national mainstream newspaper, pooling resources with four others….. sued two poor bloggers for speaking their minds. These lawsuits will be the landmark cases in Malaysia and all Malaysian bloggers will be all ears. The outcome, if against both bloggers, could prove to be detrimental to the development of blogging within Malaysian blogosphere. And that day will a black day for all Malaysian bloggers. I hope the truth will prevail.

Bloggers, being sued? why don’t they sue dts anwar who even did more than that. Cowards always behave in such a manner. If they don’t want to be critized then handle the system in this goverment properly, so that no people will talk facts and bad about them. Does that means democracy?
