For your information, this area is very famous for local batik industry so you will have an opportunity to shop for good locally designed batik for sure.
Situated in a beautiful fishermen’s village in Kijang district, Kijang Care Homestay offers a very affordable stay at RM70.00 per night (approximately USD25). It is interesting to know that 50% of the proceed from these homestay income will be used to finance other homestay projects to help the fishermen in the villages.

I had no idea that accommodations this cute could be that reasonably priced! I’d jump at the chance to vacation at a place like this.
CJCM: Yes Shane…. in Malaysia this types of accomodation are still reasonably affordable… especially in my home state of Kelantan where this place is located. :)
