People normally would not respond to any survey that are not anonymous for many reasons which I would not want to discuss here. But have you come across any survey that are not anonymous? I haven’t… until I read today’s Malaysiakini report about UM’s supposedly secret survery but not anonymous. According to the report, the survey requires the students to fill in their personal details, parents’ names, occupation and monthly earnings… all of these information are already in the university’s computer system database.
