I finally had time to see what Cyberjaya Lake Garden Community Club (Kelab Komuniti Taman Tasik Cyberjaya) is all about. I must admit, I must have missed something that I should have visited a long time ago especially when I was still working in Cyberjaya.

Isn’t she beautiful and adorable? But she is no longer with us for she has been called home by Allah The Greatest. Nurin Jazlin, missing for almost one month, finally returns to eternity for the life hereafter, where all of us will be one day. May Allah place her in Jannah and may Allah punish those who are responsible for her sufferings and death in this life and hereafter. May Allah also shed some sense into the head of our IGP who has the audacity to even think that Nurin Jazlin’s parents could be charge for negligence.

This is something I am not very proud of being Malaysian but I have to tell the truth. It looks like the agencies handling the maids in Malaysia are making profits out of sufferings of many innocent Malaysians.
To get a maid in Malaysia is no more a cheap affair these days with the introduction of middleman (the agencies) by the Malaysian Government many years back. These agencies are currently charging employers a whopping RM5000 for each maid supplied. Althought expensive, that is still acceptable by many in so far as normal dealing is concerned. 2006’s long school holiday is finally over. Luckily I am still on leave due to new year holiday which is brought forward because 1st January 2007 is already a public holiday. I had to send two of my daughters to the hostels today even thoug they will only start school tommorow. However both of them go to different school around Kuala Lumpur so half day today is just for sending the two girls. I am feeling on top of the world. And so is my eldest daughter, Sakinah. No, I think she is not feeling on top of the world… she is feeling out of this world. Few months back, she sat for a major Form Three examination, Penilaian Menengah Rendah (PMR) and today she got her result. Straight As in all 9 subjects. My children are on their year end school holiday and every day they just wasted their time on Friendster.. all day long until the wee hours of the morning.
