Anwar refuses to give his DNA: What is he afraid of?
Well, the Deputy Home Minister asked What’s the difference between 20 or 50 minutes? and now the Home Minister asked “What is he afraid of?” Duh….
Excerpt from Malaysakini:
He is quoted as saying, “What is he afraid of? He can have his own doctor present when giving the sample.”

For better or for worse, Anwar did not consent to give his DNA to the authority. Since Syed Hamid asked why Anwar is afraid to give his DNA, here are some answers to Syed Hamid.
The following are excerpt from Malaysiakini:
In 1998-1999 trials, Anwar experienced the phenomenon of fabrication of DNA evidence. We had SAC Rodwan illegally removing DNA samples from forensic custody. In cross-examination of the prosecution’s witnesses it was exposed that DNA taken from blood samples was planted on the infamous mattress.
When confronted with this fact the prosecution amended its charge and persuaded the judge, Augustine Paul (now Federal Court judge), to expunge the entire DNA evidence from the record, preventing Anwar Ibrahim’s lawyers from responding.
The persons who were implicated in the fabrication of evidence during Anwar’s 1998-1999 trials, namely (attorney-general) Gani Patail, (police chief) Musa Hassan, and Rodwan (Mohd Yusof) are the same players who are involved in the current case.
Today they are in much more powerful positions within the law enforcement apparatus.

As if Syed Hamid does not know the facts above.
By the way, look at some of his questions and statements recently:
[…]Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim should not worry about giving his DNA samples if he were interested to seek the truth behind the sodomy allegations against him, said Home Minister Datuk Seri Syed Hamid Albar.
[…]“DNA does not lie. Give your sample and let the expert read it,” Syed Hamid said.
[…]“If he had gone to the extent of lodging a report with the Syariah Court, the best thing of him is to give a DNA sample. Why get into further arguments and controversy?”
[…]“If we had used it, the Opposition would have disputed the results because it was an old sample,” he pointed out.
[…]With the latest police actions, Syed Hamid said the complainant in this case – Anwar’s former aide Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan – should be satisfied that the force had done its best to probe his allegations.
[…]Asked if it was not suspicious that Mohd Saiful had gone to complain to Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak before lodging a police report, Syed Hamid said in Malaysia, “a minister’s house is open to the public”.

Read this part again…

Ahhh… now we know. All these things are done only to satisfy one Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan? What about Anwar’s? Did you smell something fishy?
Anyway, Aliran also asking… What is Syed Hamid Albar afraid of?. Off to you Syed Hamid Albar….

Datuk Anwar should not give his DNA sample. The reason being, again they can fabricate the result. Now Dr Mahathir, is so keen on Anwars arrest, hope he get caught in lingam’s case.
All have become one to bring down Anwar.
This country is going down and down in all aspect.I hope more people join pakatan and abolish this barisan government.

Syed Hamid? Never take the joker seriously. He didn’t even realize the inconvenience caused by the unnecessary road blocks set up by his men. Anyway what was he afraid of that he had to set up the road blocks?
CJCM: Berani kerana benar, takut kerana salah…. he knows what he is afraid of but he is not telling us… hehehe. TQ for visiting Zawi.
