So if you have a connecting flight on another airline, make sure you go to the connecting hub one day earlier or risk missing your onward journey. It is OK if your connecting flight is on AirAsia as they will put you on the next available flight to your destination. Never expect to be paid for the delay though cos they will make sure that they will inform you before the 3 hours delay period expires. I use it often because it is the only airline I can afford to fly with unless I manage to get the supersavers from MAS or Firefly.. We may have to live with it when it concerns AirAsia.
