That&#039;s not all. They managed to scare us that the cause was due to insufficient &#039;oil engine&#039; (or s&#039;thing like) that made them to turn back to Kuching airport. Pheww! So if you have a connecting flight on another airline, make sure you go to the connecting hub one day earlier or risk missing your onward journey. It is OK if your connecting flight is on AirAsia as they will put you on the next available flight to your destination. Never expect to be paid for the delay though cos they will make sure that they will inform you before the 3 hours delay period expires.
