Judge Ian Chin disclosure: Mahathir has a lot of explanation to do

Sarawak High Court judge Ian Chin sent shock waves through the legal fraternity when he exposed incidents of executive interference dating back more than 10 years.
The revelations were made at the start of an election petition hearing yesterday, over which he is presiding.
He implicated former prime minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad and former chief justice Eusoff Chin – two key personalities in the VK Lingam tape scandal which had recently rocked the country’s judiciary.

One story after another keeps popping up every now and then regarding the judiciary scandal, bringing more disrepute to the whole nation and the BN Government. While Pak Lah is still ’sleeping’ over this issue, he sometimes wakes up or rather ‘walks in his dream’ and came up with statements about legal reforms but so far it is just hot air with Zaid Ibrahim filling the air for Pak Lah to heat up…. if you know what I mean.
Now another judge came up with another revelation that makes a stronger case for Malaysians to believe the fact that our legal systems had been in limbo for a long time. Only the BN Government, led by Mahathir and then Pak Lah, still refusing to accept the truth and get to the bottom of it.
This latest exposure by Judge Ian Chin surely leaves more pressure on Mahathir. He now has a lot more explanation to do…. if he cares that is. And of course, provided that he can remember those little nitty gritty things he claimed to have forgotten during Lingam inquiry.
For the sake of the nation, Pak Lah…. please wake up…. and walk your talk…. not ‘walk in your dream’, please!

Not only TDM but that *deleted* anwar ibrahim must be answerable too! his name cropped up in the learned judge’s revelation! DSAI, a truly chameleon-ic politician!
