SPR screwed up big time in Titiwangsa: BN candidate survived!
It is hard to imagine that what transpired at the Candidate Nomination Center for Titiwangsa Parlimentary seat had actually happened on the Nomination Day. The nomination proceeding on that fateful day had just confirmed my belief, and everyone’s belief, that Election Commission (EC) is nothing more than BN’s tool to fool the people.
On the Nomination Day, PAS had raised three objections to the EC against the BN candidate Datuk Aziz Jamaluddin Md. Tahir.
1) The BN candidate had written te word “Datuk” in his nomination form, where as his legal Identification Card does not have the word “Datuk”.
EC’s explanation: The objection was not accepted because as long as there appears the candidate’s name on the nomination form, it is acceptable.
My two cents: BULL SHIT…. if that is the case why the hell do you need the legal ID as the proof of one’s legal name? Shouldn’t the ID number and the name of the candidate appear exactly on the nomination form as it is shown in the legal ID?
2) The BN candidate’s nomination form was not furnished with the stamp duty as required by Election Commission’s latest ruling.
EC’s explanation: The objection was not accepted because the recent ruling by EC was not clear.
My two cents: DOUBLE BULLSHIT to EC…. I am lost for words to describe SPR’s stupidity in coming up with the reasons for the rejecting the objection. I always thought that the latest ruling by EC to furnish stamp duty with the nomination form was to cause difficulty to the opposition candidates but Allah is Great. Now I know, the new ruling by EC is actually to show to the entire world how stupid the EC is, first, to come up with such ruling at a very short notice, and second, how much more stupid the EC is to have gone against their own ruling. Yes… DOUBLE BULL SHIT for EC’s DOUBLE STUPIDITY.
3) PAS had raised an objection that the BN candidate had paid the election deposit by cheque which is against the election ruling too.
EC’s explanation: The EC officer had denied that the BN candidate paid by cheque and claimed that the deposit payment was made by bank draft. When the request was made to see the cheque or the bank draft, the EC officer refused to show the proof.
My two cents: EC can go to HELL.
Dear Malaysians, this is the reality of our so called independent Election Commission. The Election Commission that is funded using tax payors money (mind you…. that is your money and my money) but not only the EC had failed miserably in discharging it’s duties, the commission had also insulted our intelligence time and again. The only way to stop this bull shit by the EC is to deny BN’s two third majority in the August House, if not totally let them go fly kite in the coming 2008 General Election… so that a reformed Election Commision can be instituted to redeem the pride of our nation.

Yes… I did refer to klpos and other forum… its not treu.. may be they also get wrong info… I’m the one who filled up the objection paper….
CJCM: Thx again for your clarification. However, this post will remain as is unless KLPos updated it as such as this post was written based on that story in KLPos. The other two objections however still proves my point that SPR is not fair.
