The B5Media network:

One dead, 28 injured in express bus crash: CEO get ready to face the music.

I blogged about how I feel about the authority’s latest move to hold CEOs of bus companies responsible for fatal accidents involving their buses.

Read the following latest news today from Star Online.

One dead, 28 injured in express bus crash

KUALA LUMPUR: An express bus crashed at KM30.3 of the Gua Musang-Kuala Krai highway in Kelantan at 1am Tuesday.

One passenger died and 28 others were injured.

The driver fled from the scene, police said.

So, let see if our ministry officers will walk their talk this time, barely a week after they said the CEO will be held responsible for the accidents. Prove to the people that you mean business. Will you?

To add salt to injury, there is now new idea beeing considered to ban the express buses from making their journey at night…. I almost laugh to death thinking about how easy our officers efforts to solve people’s problems. Since someone out there is so shallow in their thinking, may I just suggest to the authority to just ban express buses altogether. There will be no accidents forever… period.
