Royal Malaysian Police Force (PDRM) celebrated its 200 years of service with a big parade held in the heart of Kuala Lumpur this morning. The celebration was attended by many high ranking officials in the police force, the Prime Minister and the Yang Di Pertuan Agong. Interestingly, the bicentennial celebration started last night in Penang where the history of the then Malayan police force started way back in 1807. Ever since Rocky and Jeff Ooi had been served with defamation suit by NST and four others, bloggers had been very much the talk of the town. It first started with the issue of bloggers being sued itself. The national badminton doubles pair had just won the All-England title recently. Continuing with their winning streak, Koo Kien Keat and Tan Boon Heong, our heroes, had won another major badminton tournament on Sunday, the Swiss Open.
I really hope the duo will maintain their high fighting spirits to win more tournaments in the future for the sake of our national pride. Malaysia Boleh!

I always love Terengganu. The Eas Coast State has the longest shore in Peninsular Malaysia, which is lined up by beautiful beaches. Here are some of the best amateur collection of Terangganu beaches I managed to find on the internet. If you visit Malaysia next time, you should not miss the chance to experience Terengganu beaches. Terengganu is also famous for its batik and keropok (fish crackers).

This video from Malaysiakini TV shows the Malaysian Tourism Minister tried to clear the air over the “All bloggers are liar… ” issue as a result of Nila Tanzil’s sharing her unpleasant experience with Malaysian Tourism Board in Kuala Lumpur recently. Wow… this is very exciting. My friend David of Brisbane is Home, a Home Turf Media blog, had been blogging live at the opening match of Australian National Rugby League. The opening match is between Brisbane Broncos and North Queensland Cowboys.

My post about Malaysian Minister’s calling bloggers liars had been getting a lot of hits and attracted some comments from readers. But a comment from one Fatima really make me thinking… hmm… how come I never thought of that.

At last, the 25-year drought in Malaysian badminton has ended when national doubles hotshots Koo Kien Keat and Tan Boon Heong ended China’s Cai Yun-Fu Haifeng domination at the National Indoor Arena in Birmingham. It was the Malaysians second win over the world champion and defending champion… bringing a sweet sense of victory for both the pairs and the country.
