Shopping at Alamanda, Putrajaya
I went shopping with my wife and kids at Alamanda today. The children are starting school next week so there are a lot of shopping to be done. Alamanda is one of the nearest shopping centre around where I live in Seri Kembangan. The ultra modern shopping center is located in the Malaysia’s new administrative capital of Putrajaya, about 15-20 minutes away from Cyberjaya, where I work.
We did all our shopping today at Carrefour, one of the hypermarkets operating in Malaysia. Everything, well almost everything, is available there at reasonable prices.
Buying everything that is required for the children for the new school terms cost a lot. Here are what we bought today for the three girls, two of them are attending boarding schools in Form 2 and Form 4 while the other one is going to primary school in Standard 6. It took us two trollies to carry the goods and even then, I haven’t shopped for my youngest daughter yet. She is going to start kindergarten this year.
If you are coming to Kuala Lumpur anytime soon or in the future, Alamanda Putrajaya should be in your list of places to visit for shopping, on top of other shopping center such as Midvalley Megamall, Lot 10 and Suria KLCC, just to name a few. Happy shopping in Kuala Lumpur.
